Buyers
When you perform your own home search and locate the home you want to buy, we will give you up to 50% of my Buyer's Agent commission which is paid by the seller. The typical commission is 3% of the selling price. We only keep 50% and give you 50%.
You may use this refund to pay your closing costs, reduce the home purchase price, reduce your interest rate, or get cash at close of escrow.
If We represent the seller in a transaction, We charge a negotiable flat fee to full service, therefore there is more room for negotiation in the selling price.
For full services listing, we will provide End-to-End Full-Service Agency from the Preliminary Negotiations, drafting the real estate purchase agreement, any addenda and Counter Offers, and perform all normal closing activities all the way through close of Escrow, plus post-sale support. This Service includes, but is no limited to, performance of all Inspections, Due Diligence, Walk-through inspections, Drafting Addendums, and all other aspects of Buyer's Agency. Again, this is End-to-End Full-Service Real Estate Agency beginning when I write the Offer through Close of Escrow.
Sellers
We will Sell Your Home for a Flat Rate of just 1% Listing Commission, plus up to a 3% percent commission paid to the cooperating buyer's broker. This means that your maximum commission is 4%, instead of the customary 6% commission.
We will provide:

Market your home directly to the top 200 Realtors in your locale

Since I work with many different Lenders, I am able to get you the best interest rates for new purchases or refinancing.
For new purchases, if I also represent you as your real estate agent, I will help you determine the best way to use your cash back to pay for your closing costs and/or reduce your interest rate!
